Refund policy

It is our goal to help you purchase a gi that fits you best, and we will work with you to get the best-fitting gi. 

We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Customers are responsible for shipping back to our designated returns address.  Judo Gear USA does not provide return shipping labels. 

All product returns should be properly folded in a non-ripped manufacturer bag. The product should be clean and not worn or washed. When returned by the customer, there are no additional charges for the return or exchange.

Customers are eligible for full refunds (except for shipping charges) or in-store credits for future purchases. 

Items that are returned with ripped or missing retail packaging may incur a $10 restocking fee.

Items that are returned that are worn, washed, dirty, or otherwise not re-sellable will be returned to the customer, and refunds/credits will not be issued.

Items purchased with custom embroidery, such as names or logos, are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. Once purchased, these products are final sale.
ALL International Orders outside of the United States are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
