Because these shirts are 100% cotton please expect a certain amount of shrinkage when washing and drying, we recommend going up one or two sizes based on how like your shirts fit.

MAINTENANCE

Hand and machine washing if possible. A delicate cycle is preferred. Cold water is recommended. Warm water only if you feel you must, but never use hot water. Do not exceed 45ºC.

We recommend that all Adidas Judogis be washed in COLD water. To keep your gi soft and refresh use your favorite fabric softner.

Always hang your gi to allow it to dry. Putting your gi in a dry will result in shrinkage to the jacket and the pants.
